Can I Connect 2 AW5800-HTP Pairs back to back to extend the range to 35 Miles?

Yes, you can daisy chain HTP's for greater distance. The only impact is you introduce a small amount of additional packet latency.

You can daisy chain an xt pair and an htp pair of radios but the throughput will be limited to 1Mbps.

What is the maximum distance radios can transmit?

Jartinez Boston - Thu Mar 25, 2010 3:47 PM

@ Reiman Leon I would recommend an AW900xTR pair.

@ Jarad Galvin The maximum distance will vary depending on environment and the Antennae used. Please refer to FAQ\'s question \"How far can radios transmit\". Here are instructions to get to that section. 1) Mouse over \"support\" 2) click on \"FAQ\" 3) click on \"How far can radios transmit\"
